We are currently looking for a German speaker to work in a multinational firm that offers database solutions for clients worldwide. You will be working alongside a dynamic and outgoing team in the London office where you would be responsible for customer service, client support, troubleshooting and maintaining client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls, answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting problems
* Ensuring the accuracy of customer due diligence files during the client on-boarding process
* Providing product training to clients via phone and digital or face-to-face meetings
* Being responsible for account management and assisting with administrative tasks, including invoicing and collections
About you:
The ideal applicant will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who speaks fluent German and has previous experience within a customer support role in a corporate setting. You will need to have excellent communication skills in both German and English to deliver first-class customer service and support to all executive levels of business.
