As our Office Manager you’ll support HID’s success by:
* Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, maintenance, building improvement and catering
* Ensure that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements
* Implementation and regular reviews of Health, safety, security policy and related procedures
* Day to day administration of the Reading site
* Introduce, manage visitors and catering as required on site
* Raising POs and Requisition forms for facilities.
* Ensuring that the office is maintained to a high standard and ready at all times for customer & senior leader visits
* To act as main point of contact for site reception
* Maintaining kitchen and office supplies
* Organising post, parcels and couriers: incoming and outgoing
* Control and issuance of access control cards for office and site
* Manage NDA recording and storage
* Organise the induction process for new starters to site
* Ensuring up to date training for Fire Marshalls and First Aiders
* As required arrange hotel rooms and travel for HID team, visitors and customers
* Other duties may be assigned

Your Qualifications and Experience include:
* Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
* Proven experience of managing H&S within medium to large facility including R&D and / or manufacturing operations
* Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
