Job Description
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the pharmacy
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to customers
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
* Maintain strict compliance with relevant regulations
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
* Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
* A degree in Pharmacy
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
* Proficiency in managing a team and meeting targets
* The ability to handle high-pressure situations
