Job Description
* Oversee and manage the entire credit control process.
* Develop and implement effective credit control strategies.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on outstanding issues.
* Liaise with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
* Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
* Provide training and support to credit control team members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Manager should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the retail/FMCG industry (desired).
* Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and principles.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
