Speech & Language Therapist - Permanent role
Salary: Up to £53,200 depending on experience + £2K Welcome bonus
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. Part-time hours also available. Flexible working hours.
Location: Grantham, Colsterworth, Stretton
About the role:
Working across two adult residential homes and additionally covering maternity leave for two schools in Grantham, Colsterworth and Stretton. Set in beautiful grounds delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans to adults and children with autism and learning difficulties.

Your main responsibilities as a Speech & Language Therapist:
* Manage your your own caseload utilising a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions
* contribute to staff training and consultation
* Support the multi-disciplinary team
* Work across two adult residential homes in Grantham and additionally cover maternity leave for two schools in the Stretton area
What we are looking for in a Speech & Language Therapist:
* BSc in Speech and Language Therapy
* Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
* Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience of working with adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
* Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
