The Role
As an eCommerce Manager, you will tasked with maximising the online commercial performance of the whole organisation using a variety of data sources including web analytics data on traffic, conversion and order value to drive insights, actions and measurable improvements. You will work closely with the sales and commercial teams, to drive the online performance in line with the overall organisations strategy. You will represent eCommerce in relevant internal meetings and will influence and challenge key senior stakeholders through actionable insight to drive improvements to online metrics. In this varied position, your KPIs will be based around the delivery of growth vs budget, engagement rates, click through rates, etc.
