The role Reporting into the General Counsel the Head of Compliance will be responsible for: Leading the design, communication, maintenance and continuous improvement of the global compliance programme and culture in all its aspects. Leading and facilitate risk assessments in relation to key compliance areas, such as anti-bribery and corruption, trade sanctions and export controls and competition law. Providing guidance and technical direction on strategic and day-to-day matters such as trade sanctions, speaking up, third party risk management and investigations. Maintain the company’s compliance registers and training logs, including conflicts of interest and gifts and entertainment. 4. Facilitating the global network of Ethics & Compliance Champions, ensuring that they understand the key tenets of the programme and can act as ambassadors in their locations. About you At least 8+ years of work experience in a senior compliance role in a global organization with responsibility for compliance activities throughout the USA, Europe and Asia A qualified lawyer is highly preferred. Technical and practical working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and controls, including anti-modern slavery, trade sanctions and export controls, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing. Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized. Good presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
