Location: Eastleigh Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who are uk based .Due to a busy period out client is looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator / Helpdesk to start asap As a Facilities Administrator you will be :
1. The first point of contact on the Facilities Helpdesk
2. Responsible for raising purchase orders, PPE orders, stationery orders, catering supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
3. Ensuring that minimum stock levels within the organisation are kept topped up and arrange the delivery of any top up stock.
4. Working with the relevant contractors including trade operatives to resolve internal and external customer queries relating to works orders.
5. Resolve day to day customer queries relating to contractor works via email and on the telephone.
6. To attend meetings as required to provide additional information relating to the administration of contracts and/or functions this would include liaising with regulatory bodies.
