Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Support
Summary
I am on the look out for a skilled Salesforce administrator to join the support desk team of one of the biggest salesforce partners in the UK today!
This partner is continuously expanding and are now looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join the support desk team as they continue to offer around the clock support to their customers.
This role is ideal for an Administrator who wants to work within a “consultancy” environment and enjoys getting their hands dirty with problem solving configurations and troubleshooting user issues.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
* It is essential the successful Salesforce Administrator holds a UK degree related to either IT or Business with a grade 2:1 or higher.
* in collaboration with the support desk team
* on 1st and 2nd line support issues
* facing and personable; taking calls, identifying and solving problems in a timely manner with excellent communication
* be experienced in building automations and declarative flows to improve business efficiency and all round performance
* track record providing Salesforce solutions
* 2 years’ experience working as a Salesforce administrator.
*Experience working within a consultancy previously is helpful but not essential.
