The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy. You will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
This is a 12-month FTC with high potential of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the marketing plans, timeline & activation that supports the overarching strategy; increasing quality traffic, increasing brand awareness, driving leads and successful campaign execution in line with KPIs
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the PPC agency
Drive growth through marketing channels of the company's database e.g. social followers + email database
Review marketing opportunities (brand and performance) and pitch to the business to drive successful activations throughout the year
Experienced collaborator, to work alongside other functions in the marketing dept, with a focus on social and in-house editorial content
Strategic and tactical understanding of all aspects involved in a successful Marketing plan
Previous experience in successfully managing polished and seamless campaigns and collections
Experience working with global audiences (US and UK predominantly) while resonating campaigns with local audiences
Requirements:
5+ years Marketing experience, preferably in the luxury industry, interiors, or another interiors marketplace
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Thrives working in an agile and autonomous environment
Strong working knowledge of the luxury, antique or interior design industries preferable
