Job Description
* Managing all HR activity for the function, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational development/change, employee relations, talent management & succession planning
* Developing HR strategies in line with business objectives
* Leading and coaching the HR team to drive best practice and develop knowledge
* Implement employee programs and incentives (DE&I, Wellbeing)
* Partner business leaders and managers and high potential colleagues to identify opportunities for growth/development & support retention
* Leading employee relations, performance management and employee development initiatives
* Creating a positive and inclusive work environment
* Reporting to senior management on HR metrics and continuously reviewing the effectiveness of current processes, implementing changes and improvements
* Driving the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on engagement and improving capability
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
* Proven experience in a senior HR role with a corporate background
* Comprehensive knowledge of leading the HR strategy and creating a positive work culture/environment
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across the business
* Strong employment law knowledge
