This local IT Service Provider are looking for someone to take on a role which helps bridge the gap between the service desk and project teams, to relieve some of the pressure and escalations going to the project team.
You’ll help guide some junior-mid level 2nd line support engineers and help extinguish any service level fires that crop up. You’ll even get involved in the delivery of ad hoc projects as they crop up.
