As a Senior Operations Enablement Manager, you’ll have a range of strengths and passions that include driving a more efficient people and customer experience, building a brilliant & highly skilled team and being at the forefront of how we effectively land and embed change within the operation. You’ll lead in a way that creates an inclusive and high performing team environment. Working with various delivery teams across CSG and Sky, you must be passionate about working collaboratively, great relationships at all levels underpin your success.
Your role is to work with delivery and operations partners to prioritise change landing into Service ensuring it is fit for purpose, assessing how it will impact our people and processes and understanding what is required to land and embed operationally. You and your team will work with key stakeholders and operational leaders to support tracking and identifying issues impacting performance and benefits realisation. You will be proactive in addressing root cause issues feeding into relevant programmes, backlogs, or reliability forums ensuring they are prioritised and fixed. Your influence will be key in how we enable best in class operational readiness.
What you’ll do:
Lead a team to deliver and drive operational excellence through enabling and optimising change adoption and performance speed to competency.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Driving Operational enablement – set up a team for success & priority management, organising of logistics, processes, clear communication, and creation of clear improvement plans
* Change Management – Lead and support the team to evaluate & put change management strategies in place when building out landing and embedding plans.
* Benefits Management – realise the business benefits of the change initiative by developing a method in which benefits are tracked and assessed with clear timescales and priorities.
* Impact & Directional Analysis – understand and impact assess all change landing in Service using this data to create key insights, options, and recommendations for what is required to land and embed effectively.
* Stakeholder Management - across CSG and Sky, providing updates and strategy plans on change priorities landing in the operation. Create and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels, enabled by your curiosity and flexible communications style that allow you to influence and challenge where needed. Work in collaboration on cross function working groups and Director and Exec steering sessions.
* Champion people and customer experience – representing the entire Service team as an operational gatekeeper being the voice of our customers and the operation ensuring Service requirements are considered upfront.
* Communication – excellent communicator with the ability to tell data and insight led stories around issues and impacts.
What you’ll bring:
* Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
* Experience or exposure to creating a new team and new business function
* Proven track record of landing big change initiatives, improvement, and operational readiness
* Excellent communicator who can deliver key project messages clearly and in an engaging way
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity, providing directional thought leadership and managing conflicting priorities
* Strong operational knowledge to understand Service ecosystem, KPIs and outcomes
* Understanding and implementation of Change Management practices and activities
* Proactive problem solver and self-starter with a track record of driving action and ability to flex quickly
* Strengths in planning, prioritisation, and organisation
* Excellent people leader in all aspects of end-to-end relationships
* Builds meaningful, effective working relationships and uses network to get the job done

Role can be based at any Service site location in the UK – Livingston, Dunfermline, Sheffield, Newcastle, Leeds, or Stockport
