We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager (projects) to join a prestigious Facilities Management company to deliver its operational and strategic objectives. Working closely with the project and asset teams to deliver high levels of lifecycle and project work across the portfolio of buildings in the Northwest (and London). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring contractual compliance, maximising revenue, and managing costs effectively.
The role is a permanent position paying up to 50k basic. Car allowance TBC. Up to 5% discretionary bonus based on Individual & Company performance. 40 Hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch). 25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holidays.
