Job Title: Home Manager

Salary: £55,000 per annum

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, with a focus on promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
* Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
