Your new roleAs a Metallurgist, you will lead and support the Quality team and take a hands-on approach to increase product efficiency, continuous improvement of processes and material development. Within the new role you will conduct root cause analysis on product defects both as raw materials and finished articles. This role operates on a days basis (8-5 Monday - Friday).What you'll need to succeedTo succeed you will need experience in metallurgy through either a degree or having had previous work experience working with Metals.
