Job Description
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the pharmacy
* Ensure the delivery of professional and patient-centred service
* Manage, mentor and develop the pharmacy team
* Maintain high standards of safety and ethics
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and professional requirements
* Drive the commercial performance of the pharmacy
* Collaborate with store management to improve overall store performance
* Engage in continuous professional development
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:
* A GPhC recognised Pharmacy qualification
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A proactive approach to learning and development
* A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
