We are currently representing a leading public sector body who are looking to recruit for a Senior Job Analyst on a 6-month temporary basis.
The role is fully remote with a day rate of circa £400 via an umbrella company
Duties will include:
* Researching, reviewing and developing job evaluation methods and reward & recognition strategies
* Maintaining data relating to job evaluation, providing analysis and reports to management
* Supporting with the review and development of reward and recognition policies and strategies
* Ensuring all records are accurately kept
* Working collaboratively across the wider business and also liaising with Trade Unions
* Assisting with consultations and communicating any changes across the business
* Providing advice on job evaluation, reward and recognition, demonstrating an excellent understanding of pay & conditions and HR policies
Experience required:
* Experience in NJC Job Evaluation
* Strong analytical skills within reward & recognition
* Knowledge of Job Evaluation highly desirable
* Previously delivered Job Evaluation workshops
