1. Being a customer liaison expert for a portfolio of cases, communicating with customers on loans to ensure redemption is on track
2. Helping customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions
3. Being the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance
4. Answering incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service
5. Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions and default loans policy is met
