Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the marketing and lead generation efforts for our growing university franchise. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive student enrolment, and support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across various digital channels, including but not limited to, search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
· Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media ads, to maximise ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
· Create compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns, to engage and educate prospective students.
· Conduct ongoing analysis of marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and optimise conversion rates.
· Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve organic search visibility and rankings.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, academic departments, and IT, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
· Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
· Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and agencies as needed.
· Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field; master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and lead generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
· Strong understanding of marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing automation software.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse performance metrics, and draw actionable insights.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Detail-oriented with strong project management and organisational skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
