Job Description:
Liaise the employer/their clients to design, develop and maintain websites and related applications. Will be responsible for, to maintain, backup/recover as well as ensure the appropriate security systems are in place. In addition, the person will design and deliver written communication, digital signage, presentations. The person will also be involved in managing social media, monitoring web presence, providing outage and maintenance notifications. He will provide support to the business office in Nottingham by working closely with the Director and staff of the Company.
Education:
Degree or Professional Experience 1 year (preferred)
Requirements for the Role:
* 1st and 2nd line support experience
* Experience of using IT Helpdesk system
* Basic Active Directory administration
* Design and develop a protected database system
* Design, establish methods to ensure appropriate security of Client data
* Develop and maintain a website and applications
* Activate and monitor a live chat facility on our website
* Basic TCP/IP Networking skills
* Installation of PCs and other IT Equipment
Salary:
£21,500.00 Per Year
