Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 60k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.
As part of our ongoing growth we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Reporting to the Head of HR UK, the role supports the delivery of Talent Acquisition services in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner and is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles required throughout he business. Working directly with the recruiting line manager, the role is responsible for coordinating the end to end lifecycle of the recruitment of candidates into our business and negotiate offers and start dates for successful candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
* Utilise various media to advertise and source excellent candidates, including the company careers page, job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn, networking events and employee referrals
* Manage the applicant tracking system (Team Tailor) to streamline the recruitment and approval process, providing an excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct role brief meetings with hiring managers to gather all requisite role details, such as responsibilities, skills and competencies, required start date and approved salary
* Support line managers if required to screen suitable candidates using competency questions and collate a shortlist of high calibre candidates
* Coordinate candidate interviews both face to face and online and update hiring managers regarding dates and times for such and copes of CV’s, ensuring that all information is logged in Team Tailor
* Provide a positive candidate experience prior to and post offer or rejection, presenting the company as an employer of choice at all times
* Provide guidance to line managers on recruitment best practices and alert the Head of HR if any hiring managers requiring interview training
* Develop and update job descriptions and specifications throughout the business
* Stay current regarding trends and developments in recruiting techniques and talent acquisition technology
* Provide timely monthly statistics to the HR Coordinator for inclusion in the monthly OBR slide deck
* Keep own diary up to date and attend weekly ‘HR All Hands’ meetings, being prepared to talk about current activity and challenges
* Able to create engaging role adverts and internal employee communications for sign off by The Head of HR
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Excellent planning, organising and diary management skills
* An excellent team player, always having the teams back
* At least 3 years of experience in a fast paced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
* Proven ability to recruit to high volume and high standard candidates
* Proactive action and communication to drive forward streamlined processes with candidates and Hiring Managers
* The ability to do more, with less
* Professional and confident demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to quickly build effective relationships at all levels
* Strong IT skills and experience of using Excel
* Flexible and able to work under pressure, whilst managing conflicting priorities
* A positive, solution-focussed approach to resolving challenges
* Excellent attention to detail and able to use own initiative
