The Role:
As a Business Administrator at Leap29, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Overseeing the on-boarding administration and mobilization of contractors for one of Leap29's Key Clients.
* Processing contractor timesheets, expenses, and payments for monthly payroll.
* Completion and set up of work orders.
* Processing contractors' personal and bank details.
* Generating and processing invoices.
* Inputting all contractor information accurately onto our internal database.
* Communication with external clients regarding contractors' timesheets and information.
* Utilising Excel, our in-house CRM system, client, and payment portals.
