FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Engineer in Manchester to work for our client within the public sector. Working in the Customer Experience platform product team, you will develop and customise Dynamics applications, implement solutions and provide technical knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Customer Experience Platform product team to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions for the client.
* Develop and customise Dynamics applications, ensuring optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
* Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand client needs, translating them into technical solutions within the Dynamics platform.
* Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to Dynamics CRM implementations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics solutions with other enterprise applications.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
* In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.
* Strong proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and plugins.
* Experience in Scrum framework and Jira software.
* Experience in integrating Dynamics with other business applications.
* Solid understanding of CRM architecture, security models, and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical requirements:
* Proficient in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with Azure services related to Dynamics 365.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with on-site requirements in Manchester central.
* Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
Package and Duration:
* Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £85,000 per annum (pro rata) based on experience.
* Fixed-term contract for 3-6 months with potential to extend.
* Hybrid work model with the flexibility of remote work and on-site presence as needed.
* Requirement for UK right-to-work.
