Our client is keen to recruit an Administrator to join their growing team on the outskirts of Swindon on a temporary basis.
Job Requirements
* Maintaining documents.
* Producing and distributing summary letters following reviews.
* Maintaining of documentation
* Process, file and archive referrals.
* Maintaining the in house database.
* Providing any administrative assistance
* Data entry
* Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks including covering for other members of the team during periods of holiday and sickness absence.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity.
* Positive 'can do’ attitude, with a desire to exceed expectations.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
