Job Description
The Accounts Assistant will:
* Process and check purchase invoices, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations etc
* Produce monthly sales invoices
* Review accounts/profit and loss
* Perform supplier statement reconciliations
* Resolve queries
* Ad-hoc support for the Finance team
The Successful Applicant
The Accounts Assistant will be/have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Computer literate with good Excel skills and experience using an accounting system/s
* Good communication skills
* Immediate availability
