Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + bonus and car allowance
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid (3 days a week in office)

The role:
In this role you will understand customer behaviour and implement and identify new business opportunities within your dedicated account (retailer/stockist). You will work to develop and implement a successful commercial strategy, that aligns with customer data and internal teams strategy, to increase sales.
Key requirements:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Take charge of managing customer accounts with a focus on securing distribution channels, increasing market share, and enhancing visibility at various points of sale.
3. Continuously monitor and assess sales performance metrics against predetermined targets, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to fine-tune marketing plans for optimal results.
