Our client is looking for a temporary HR generalist to support them during a busy time in their People team. This is expected to last for at least a few months but could be needed for longer. This is a busy, fast paced people team where you will be supporting the team with duties such as:Handling employee relations queries, resolving cases independently and assisting colleagues with their case loadUpdating policies and HR informationEnsuring HR records are well maintained Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and proceduresCoach managers on best practice Work through people related challenges with your stakeholders and colleaguesUse your expert knowledge of the HR Discipline to contribute ideas and suggestions in HR team meetingsTo be considered for this role, it is essential that you are based in the UK for the duration of the work, you must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work from the office in Oxfordshire. Our client needs to see demonstrated experience at HR Advisor level for at least a few years to be considered and we will be looking for evidence on CV's that you have carried out the above duties.
