European Language Customer Care Administrator – Fluent German / Swiss German
Home based (1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire)
A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and are looking to recruit Fluent German or Swiss German speakers who enjoy German Speaking Customer Service, attention to detail and teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other team members who speak a variety of European languages. The successful Customer Care Administrator will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful Customer Services Administrator will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service.
The successful German Speaking Customer Service / Customer Care Administrator must have the following skills:
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Must be fluent in both oral and written English and German or Swiss German
* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach
* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning
