Responsibilities:
1. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Prepare and issue invoices, statements and purchase orders.
3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information including credit control as required.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
5. Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets and accounting software.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, inventory and other business activities.
