Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Finance Manager for a growing business with a UK Head Office based in Leeds. This role is pivotal in leading a team of management accountants, who are responsible for running monthly processes, reporting and analysis as well as the finances for the organisations Franchise and Group divisions.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Controller and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
* Preparation and review of month end schedules, accruals, prepayments, and reconciling balance sheet figures
* Primary responsibility and review of property accounting, including rent and rates, service charges, insurance across the UK business.
* Responsible for the preparation of budgets and quarterly reforecasting across the UK and international divisions.
* Responsible for overseeing the quarterly VAT returns and business partnering with the Group Head of Tax to ensure tax compliance across the group.
* Management of inter-company recharges and transfer pricing across the group.
