The opportunity;The Head of HR is a brand new role and has been created to harmonise and support the delivery of exceptional HR practices throughout the organisation. You'll support the HR Business Partnering teams to equip them with the necessary resources and expertise, ensuring they deliver top-tier service within their respective regions.This is a brand new role supporting our Chief People Officer on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR team deliver to the business through various means including strategic partnerships, operational excellence, project leadership, system efficiency and compliance and communication.
