Main Purpose of the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a high-quality level of care that promotes the rights and development of young people. You'll lead a team of care workers to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the young residents.
Benefits:
Annual Salary: £44,041.10 basic salaru with potential bonuses to earn up to £49,641.10 through performance incentives.
Bonuses: Earn up to £2,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted report and a monthly bonus of £300 for full occupancy.
Holiday Entitlement:33 days - 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays.
On-Call Payments: Additional remuneration for on-call duties.
