A brief overview of the role
To provide efficient, effective all round administrative support to the office.
Duties will include:
* To receive telephone calls from the company’s customers
* To assist with chasing maintenance renewal purchase orders
* To assist with the chasing of service quotations and order from clients
* Prepare and complete company information to clients/PQQ completion
* To assist the admin team to chase supplier purchase orders as required
* File all documents in the correct location within Dynamics
* To assist with the “logging off” of report sheets in Dynamics to assist with month-end reporting
* Provide excellent customer service as required
* To carry out any other reasonable task, requested by the SSS in a manner conducive to good business practice
* To uphold the good name of the company at all times and not to disclose to third parties confidential information
* To implement the relevant parts of the Quality Assurance System
Desired skills
* Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel packages, plus other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Moby and Dynamics
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style on the telephone
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy when completing spreadsheets and electronic databases
* Genuine customer service orientation
* Strong evidence of an ability to work well within a team
Progression on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

* Please consider how you will travel to work
* Post holder must be able to talk and hear and possess manual dexterity for keyboard skills
* Role may require sitting for long periods
* The post holder will have to be able to cope with occasional sustained periods of heavy demand from internal and external customers
* Ability to demonstrate personal resilience in the face of sometimes difficult and demanding customers
