We are a growing group of recruitment companies that are now searching for our first in-house Marketing Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to take the next step into a management role, to be given the scope to bring their strategic skills and creative background to take ownership of a number of exciting projects.
You will not only develop the marketing strategy, but implement and execute solid plans with support of the Managing Directors, Head of Partnerships and Head of Sales & Performance.
Joining us as a Marketing Manager will see you make a tangible difference in each of our business units, particularly supporting our Fostering and Care division, driving awareness and traffic to ensure that more children are supported.
Key Responsibilities -
* Working collaboratively across all the businesses within the Group - covering Fostering, Care, Leisure & Hospitality, Engineering & Executive Search.
* Develop and execute strong marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Manage all aspects of omnichannel marketing - including digital, print and events.
* Lead and mentor the team around you to align the business strategy and achieve department goals.
* Analyse the market trends and recommend changes to senior leadership.
* Present your metrics and data, measuring the performance of marketing campaigns and their success.
* Oversee the marketing budget.
* Work closely with the Sales Teams to develop promotional materials and creative campaigns.
To Be Successful -
* Demonstrable track record working as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing professional in a similar role.
* Experience in B2B marketing preferred, ideally from an agency background.
* Excellent IT skills - including full MS packages and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines and multiple projects.
* Experience in email marketing platforms, campaigns and designing assets.
* SEO/PPC desirable.
* Happy to work on-site in our Plymouth office - with occasional travel to Cardiff/London.
