We are looking for a skilled Complaints Administrator to join this award-winning and innovative organisation in Bristol.
This is a part-time position consisting of 15 hours per week, spread across 2 or 3 week days.
You will play a crucial role in assessing complaints and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include evaluating and addressing customer complaints primarily through email communication. This role involves collaboration with two other team members to ensure efficient complaint resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
You Will Be:

You Will Have:
1. Two years of hands-on experience in Risk or Compliance.
