Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting two Branch Managers to join this nationwide recruitment company in their Manchester and Blackburn offices.

To be considered for this role you will ideally either be a Branch/Business Manager within industrial or high volume temp recruitment, or an experienced senior consultant ready for the step up.
The main duties of this role:
* Operating as a billing manager - leading from the front with sales activity and performance
* Coach and train where required all staff members
* Ensure all payroll is done accurately and on time
* Ensure the branch and all its workers are compliant and legal to work
* To work to company budgets and provide a profitable branch
* To ensure all marketing and literature that represents the company is accurate and professional
* To attend sales and service visits with potential and current clients across your region
* To represent the client in the manner expected of a BM at all times.
