R13 Recruitment are currently supporting in the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor to join an established insurance company based in Norwich. The purpose of your role will be to provide expert insurance advice to customers, build and maintain customer relationships and ensure all customers have an excellent experience with the business.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £23,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.

1. Providing expert insurance advice to customers across several media channels.
2. Developing and maintain customer and client relationships.
