Are you an Assistant Accountant seeking your next contract opportunity? Venture Recruitment Partners are partnering with a high-growth SME in Bournemouth who are seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a 6 month contract. Responsibilities include:
* Processing of all Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger invoices to SAGE ensuring correct coding.
* Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are correctly approved before being processed for payment.
* Monthly Reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Processing of all employees’ expenses
* Processing of all credit card charges.
* Ensuring all Purchase Invoices match approved purchase orders.
* Maintenance of the Aged Creditor Reports, preparation of payment runs, sending out remittances.
* Daily Bank Entries and Bank reconciliations.
* Resolving all queries quickly and efficiently
* Liaising will all aspects of the business on purchase ledger matters
Skills/Experience:
* Good Excel skills
* Sage system experience
* Bank Reconciliations experience
* Available at short notice
