Job Description:
An opportunity has emerged within the Business Improvement Team for a Helpdesk Administrator. This role involves providing support for system queries and issues in Dynamics NAV / Business Central (ERP), maintaining Help Desk responses, testing upgrades or enhancements for NAV, and streamlining administrative processes throughout the organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Handle Dynamics NAV support queries promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
* Create statistics on support tickets.
* Assist in project-related tasks and analyze requirements to enhance processes.
* Participate in testing upgrades or enhancements for NAV.
* Create new users in NAV and provide training and documentation.
* Review and approve new Item/BOM master data.
* Provide user support face-to-face and online.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of proven experience supporting Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central (ERP).
* Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Experience in training on system features and changes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable in a user-facing environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
