Health & Safety Advisor - Birmingham
Salary £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
* 36.5-hour week - Daily hours of 7.5 Monday to Thursday and 6.5 Friday.
* Flexible start / Finish times.
* 25 working days holiday plus normal statutory holidays.

We're looking for someone who shares our client's commitment to excellence. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members and clients across the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a team of experts to write CDM documentation and procedures.
* Conduct nationwide site inspections and audits to uphold H&S compliance standards.
* Engage directly with contractors and site management to provide support, education, and guidance.
* Assist senior members in fulfilling the role of CDM Advisor/Principal Designer for a prominent hotel and hospitality provider in the UK.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparation of pre-construction information.
* Reviewing construction plans
* Conducting risk assessments, and method statements.
* Providing expert advice on CDM2015 regulations.
* H&S Project set up.
* Providing essential administrative support.
* Conducting site inspections and monitoring visits to ensure Health & Safety compliance.
* Ensuring projects are completed efficiently within budgetary constraints.
* Providing support to senior staff on H&S related issues
Experience and Skills:
* A health and safety qualification such as a NEBOSH Certificate is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Background or experience in the construction industry.
* Understanding of CDM regulations 2015.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proactive, professional, and personable demeanour.
* Possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as travel to sites across the UK will be required.
