As a Wholesale Sales & Logistics Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Wholesale and Warehouse departments, ensuring the seamless delivery administration of our wholesale business. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting various aspects of delivery and sales administration, adhering to seasonal schedules and company policies. From managing sample deliveries to processing orders and handling client relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee sample deliveries, manage order processing, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
* Provide high-quality service to internal and external contacts, address client complaints, and manage sample requests.
* Ensure accurate processing of seasonal orders, collate and check customer purchase orders, and advise clients on production cancellations or quantity changes.
* Coordinate delivery schedules, build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and handle all delivery queries efficiently.
* Supporting as point of contact for the Wholesale Department to work with the Warehouse Team to co-ordinate shipments and resolve first line queries
* Own Wholesale stock transfers via PVX for any orders shipments
* First point of contact for all RTV’s, including faulty and credit note queries
* Work with wholesale Manager and Head of Merch to keep NOOS program up to date and in stock at all times
* First point of contact for stock availability, keep Nuorder information yup to date at all times
* Report on delivery status, suggest improvements to reporting and analysis methods, and meet performance targets set by management.
* Working with the Finance Department to ensure invoices are raised and reconciled correctly.
* Ensure daily reports are received in timely manner, checking data, highlighting any potential risk.
* Checking all systems for errors and alignment issues. Have the ability to resolve where possible and be able to escalate where required
* Supporting the Wholesale Team by managing Sales orders
* Providing administration support to Key Accounts
* Building and maintaining relationship with clients
Competencies & Experience
* 1+ years experience in a Wholesale Sales & Logistics Administrator role or similar
* Excellent communication skills. With the ability to communicate across functions
* Pays close attention to detail, accuracy, is analytical and logical thinking
* Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and is driven to continually improve
* Able to handle multiple demands and completing priorities successfully

* Proficiency in understanding and analysing reports.

* Proficient in Windows package, particularly Excel.
