The Keysight Global Services Organization is organized around customers with region teams focused on understanding customer requirements and offering a full services portfolio to meet their needs. The teams are supported by global platforms focused on providing integrated customer experience, optimized, cost-effective operations.

About the Team:
Country Operations Manager will be managing Services team spread across UK, multiple locations. Site operations managers in these locations will role up to Country Operations Manager. The total team size would be around 75 people, with 4-5 direct reports.

Responsibilities:
* great customer experience through elevated Operations performance, manages customers’ requirements, priorities, working with business development and sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements.
* relationship and create efficient communication with Major Accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* accountable for meeting Key customer performance metrics (e.g. Ship on Time and Turnaround time)
* business results in terms of monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue delivery targets. Manages and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure meeting/ exceeding the goals.
* operational transformation in the region, in line with changing customer and business needs, to remain competitive in the market, and to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of teams and processes. Have to collaborate with cross functional teams for IT solutions, digital transformation solutions etc.
* together with the European and worldwide Delivery Organization and Engineering Team to ensure that all our processes are compliant with our high level of Quality commitment to all our customers
* a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusiveness.
* manage resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects
* act as a liaison between operations and other departments like logistics, administration, etc.
* supervisors and/ or employees responsible for design/ implementation of support engineering programs/ processes
Required Qualifications:
* of Science in Business, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience
* or high-level understanding of multiple customer industries, products, and environments such as Aerospace/Defence, Wireless Manufacturing, Semi-conductor, IoT, etc.
* with an advanced understanding of CRM & ERP systems and databases
* & willing to travel periodically as the job requires
Nice to have Qualifications:
Solid experience in managing medium to large business operations, delivering revenues and managing sizable, diverse teams.
