Customer Service Representative/Administrator
I am delighted to be working with a leading UK furniture provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their team located just outside Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.

At the heart of this role, you will be providing first-class support to customers and colleagues, whilst delivering product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
Duties to include:
•Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
•Promptly respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
•Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
•Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products to answer customer queries confidently
•Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
•Record all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
•Collaborate with colleagues as needed to ensure seamless customer service
•Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service procedures
•Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support consistently
