Role OverviewThis is a residential substance misuse treatment centre in Hull for people of all genders over the age of 18 years, who have committed to remain abstinent from drugs and alcohol.
As part of the Treatment Team you will:
1. Manage a caseload, providing risk assessments, and recovery plans.
2. Deliver a programme of structured group-work sessions and individual 1-1 sessions.
3. Create effective and comprehensive plans for residents that are tailored to their individual needs and help them to achieve their treatment goals.
4. Be able to deliver the full range of psycho-social interventions relevant to individual client needs
5. Develop and contribute to the reintegration needs of service users, supporting them in the development of their plans which are appropriate to their needs.
6. Carry out admission procedures in line with agreed protocols
7. Accompany clients on external visits and activities as required
8. Supervise and record service users' self-administration of prescribed medications
