A growing building consultancy have an opportunity for a people facing Office Administrator based in Bristol.
The Office Administrator Role
The successful Office Administrator will be supporting the day-to-day smooth running and efficiencies, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms also compiling commercial building surveying reports.
Alongside completing the following duties -
* Office administration
* Arranging travel bookings
* Ordering office supplies
* Personal assistance support to Senior Directors
* Arranging office events
* Dead filing
* Answering reception telephone
* Keeping office clean and tidy
* Diary management
* Manage absences and holidays
* Completing any other reasonable tasks that may be required as part of the role to support the office/team.
The Office Administrator
* Must have office administration experience
* Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask.
* Flexibility to office support needs
* Microsoft Programs knowledge and skills
* Reliable and presentable
