As the site's Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a multi-disciplined team to ensure the safe delivery of effective maintenance support to the EfW Plant.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Planner will work collaboratively with the wider site team to deliver all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance activity. This will include scheduling and managing works, backlog, spares, labour and materials.
You'll support plant criticality reviews, maintenance and outage planning, identify critical spares, and be the key user for the site's CMMS.

Skills & Experience
1. Experience in work planning in a heavy industry/process/manufacturing plant with some understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment. Both apprenticeship or degree backgrounds are welcome for this role.
2. Knowledge of operating and managing a CMMS, including asset/location hierarchy, work package development, scheduling, H&S reporting and store management.
3. Proficient at using software including Microsoft Office and CMMS (Maximo).
4. Great communication skills and ability to articulate themselves to develop effective, long-term relationships with key people and organisations.
