Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be supporting and working closely with the team to ensure that day to day tasks are completed in a timely manner. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will have a passion for numbers and expose yourself to all situations in order to improve your experience and grow within the Finance department.
* Conducting daily tasks as outlined by the Senior Accounts Receivable and Accounts Receivable Manager.
* Maintaining the billing system.
* Generating invoices and account statements.
* Performing account reconciliations.
* Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
* Producing monthly financial and management reports.
* Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
* Assisting in general financial management and analysis, including working closely with Financial Accounting and Controlling
* Other Ad hoc task when and where requested by Senior management.
* Carry out and support with validation of information provided by Operation team before invoicing.
* Maintaining with accuracy all the data input in the client billing systems.
* Investigate queries raised by internal and external customers.
* Timely and professional reply to internal and external customer request.
* Maintaining good working relationships with all DO & CO Family members
* Taking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family

Qualifications
* Good working knowledge of Finance Department with minimum 2 year working experience within Finance Department or other comparable admin function
* Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service
* Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive change champion for DO & CO in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adapting. Always
* Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills
* Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their best
* You are a clear and engaging communicator, strong written and verbal English, and will use a variety of methods to keep the DO & CO Family well informed
* Confident and flexible in the way you think, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for our partners and the DO & CO family
* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, MS Word & Power Point
