In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk-based assurance activities across our organization in line with the Group Annual Compliance Assurance Plan.Key Responsibilities:Conduct timely Compliance Assurance reviews, focusing on Customer Journeys and Thematic Reviews, to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Identify and assess the impact of Compliance and Conduct breaches, communicating implications to relevant stakeholders and facilitating actions to address issues identified.Take ownership of operational objectives and performance standards, ensuring compliance and delivery of high-quality assurance activities.Prepare concise and accurate reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement or remediation actions.Conduct focused customer outcome reviews across various product lines, leveraging expertise to assess outcomes and propose enhancements.Qualifications and Skills:Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and issues effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
