* MUST have managed client relationships with the NHS
* Commercial relationship management
* Proven track record of up selling, cross selling and retaining business.
* Relationship management experience centered around SAAS solutions
This Account Manager will be responsible for not only managing existing, new and historical customers looking at ways to expand their product offerings whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction but will also be helping Senior Leadership to shape what good account management looks like.
